new apartment, report:1

ok guys. this is amazing, i just have to say that. i'm sitting in my bedroom in a cute little apartment tucked in the back of a garden style apartment complex. my mom came down from boonsboro to help lotus and i move in (while my dad, who made a huge deal about how my mom 'never does anything', did absolutely nothing--side note, she's done more for me while i've been at college than he has... and HE'S the reason she didn't do more when i was younger, he made sure she couldn't do more while i was younger) so about 3 trips later we have pretty much everything minus lotus's bed (my mom offered to go back and get it but i think lotus either felt bad or just didn't feel like worrying about it today) we set up our bathroom, kitchen, living room furniture. and it's awesome. my bed is huge!

so, since i still have to do homework for medical terminology and spanish today, along with finish unpacking things and setting up my room, i'm going to give a quick run down of the pluses and minuses:

PLUS!
-not my dad's house
-lots of stores, restaurants, etc are nearby
-new carpet
-nice sized kitchen
-big living area
-back porch faces a playground
-pool around the corner
-lots of families=safe
- we totally have a Brita, man i love Brita
-Shoppers  Food Warehouse.
-cats are allowed for only $10 more a month
-less than 15 minutes from work
-very cute
-free gas
-free water
-free electric (until tuesday, haha)
-they spray for bugs every 3 months

minus:
-no real internet--yet
-no cable-- yet (i've already ordered both cable and internet, it's just a matter of waiting now)
-no microwave--yet
-i'm gonna be po' until i get paid again (but it shouldn't be that way after this first month)
-i keep seeing june bugs
-they spray for bugs every 3 months (annoying)

i dunno, all i can say is that it really is great so far, i'll post pictures once we get rid of some boxes! also, visit!
