So, I still have no idea who blew up the bus, and I'm finding it hard to care, since, while things appear to be on the upswing, season 2 of VM thus far has turned out to be the biggest disappointment since… season 2 of Joan of Arcadia, which, actually, was just last year, so I guess maybe sucky sophomore seasons are the in thing for the kids right

Wow, would I love a Logan veto! But I shouldn't be given too much power, because I can't stand seeing Logan and Veronica apart, so I'd have them back together by now, or about to get back together after Veronica apologizes to him for abandoning him all year while his world was going to hell and he had no one, and then there's lots of tears and hugs, and she promises to be there for him next time he needs her, and then there's some other kidnapping-type scenario and she finds him and rescues him, and he's angry at her for putting her life in danger so recklessly, so it's all tense and angsty and emo and then they can't take it anymore and have to kiss... either that or Aaron's trial is going really badly and it looks like he's going to get acquitted, and Logan decides to do the thing he's resisted doing despite pleas from the prosecution team -- to go on the stand and testify that Aaron abused him. Only, Logan tries to be very cool and unemotional about it, but the prosecutors think it’ll play better to the jury if Logan’s upset and crying, so they go at him and make it as painful as possible, trying to make him cry, bringing up his mother and everything else they can think of, and Veronica knows that Logan is about to explode, so she goes out and pulls a fire alarm to that the courthouse has to be evacuated, and then she grabs Logan and takes him to an empty office where she holds him until he can collect himself, and then she assures him that he can do this, he can put Aaron away, he’ll do it for Lilly, and then Logan laughs bitterly and asks if Veronica seriously thinks he’s doing this for Lilly; he knows that Lilly is dead and nothing he can do can bring her back, but Veronica is still alive, despite Aaron’s best efforts, and he’d like for her to stay that way, because even though they’re not together right now, as long as she’s somewhere in his world, he still has hope. And Veronica takes his face in her hands, and *that’s* when they kiss, and then she tells him that they’re going to get Aaron put away, and he’s not going to be able to hurt either one of them ever again, and then the two of them can stop hurting each other.
And therewith, the fan faction I write in my head.
