I've officially sold my dining room chairs and my toaster oven. w00t! My coffee table hasn't sold yet, but I'm not too worried. It's another run to the bank for me today.
I teach in an hour and a half or so. I'm going to try to be early because those kids need to be supervised at all times. Crazy children...
So Operation: Move the Hell Out looks like it's coming along just fine. The prospective tenants came by again today to pay for my chairs and to get another look at the place. Of course, it would have been nice for them to call, but luckily I was dressed. They said that the mom's going to co-sign with the daughter and that she wants to move in on Feb. 23rd. That's fine with me. That means that I would need to be out by the 16th. (My landlord wants a week to turn the place over.) That's a little over 2 weeks to move. I can totally do that. I'm starting to clean and get the place looking good now. It should be easier that way, right?
I think I'm going to take a load of stuff to my parents' house this weekend. *sigh* I'm not looking forward to getting my space in order at my parents', but at least I have one.
