Within the Holidays
I'm watching Top Chef and waiting for Lavonda to arrive at my apartment. Today's episode features cooking for Christmas (the holidays), and I realized that these chefs had to pretend that it was Christmas-time when they were filming. This episode was probably taped months ago. I'm really amused by the thought of what their reactions must have been when they walked into the Top Chef kitchen all decked out in Christmas decorations in August or so. It's good times.
I'm wondering where my brother is right now. I left him asleep on my couch this morning when I went to work. He wasn't here when I got home from work about 10 hours later. I've got a money order for his rent and some pasta for him, but I suppose I'll track him down sooner or later.
My days consist of running around like a headless chicken. Speaking of which, it's movie time!
