It's funny, I was just talking to matt about how i never post on live journal anymore. Oh well. lol
So it's been a very exciting week! Started my jobs, went to all my classes, hung out with my friends til ridiculous hours of the night! It's like picking up where you left off last april. Some things are a little different though, not gonna lie.
Living with becca has been a lot of fun. She's really easy to get along with, but our schedules conflict so I usually have the room to myself. Her birthday was yesterday and I got her a stuffed animal (bobby got her a victorias secret gift card) and we got her a card that everyone signed. plus her mom sent her AWESOME chcocolate covered strawberries so I am sure you can guess who she shared those with ;)
I also started my first day of work at the 99 in williston yesterday. SOOOO EASY there. They make the 99 in haverhill look like a concentration camp haha. A little harsh i think....but comical.
we started our supernatural nights. season 2 baby! everyone is trying to get into routine, and so far it has proven to be a busy year. and its been only a little over a week. thats nuts!
the freshman seem nice, and they formed their cliques quick. Thats how we were when we got here though and I have had the same close friends since with the addition of ben and tom last year. its the quint and 204. Loving it!
However as happy as I was to be back at champlain, it didnt come without its up and downs. I miss everyone at home a lot but that is to be expected.
I miss akram and samie! This summer, since a lot of my friends were busy as well as myself, nights were usually spent hanging out with Aki and Sam. It makes me really grateful to have the relationship i share with them. :D
This year I have a few classes with people I know which is pretty awesome! Both my writing courses have the same people i have had class with for 2 years and its about 10 of us in all. I have history with Brett and Bobby which is ultimately going to lead to fun and failing or fun and last minute work. Not sure which haha.
I also have the best writing teacher ever BURGHDURF! With Zach and Bobby. I cannot wait! SOO MUCH WRITING!!! I AM PUMPED!!
Critical thinking is pretty cool. In our first class we had to analyze a magic trick. That was pretty neat. Makes you think you can figure out anything if you really think about it.
I guess I was just writing to sort my thoughts and appreciate all the good things. I missed everyone here. It is my other home. Gotta enjoy it while I can.
