Well, my inspiration for this entry is the beautiful bright colored background that lies behind our journal. This inspiration, for those of you who are blind, is "Life Sucks". Life, well, life just sucks. But, then, there are those optimistic few who try and cheer you up when all they really do is piss you off more. These select few are the ones who become depressed phsyco maniacs because no one every wants to listen to their continuous ranting on how "life really isn't as bad as it seems!" Okay, hold on, life wouldn't be as bad if you would shut up! Now, I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but it just makes no sense how trying to make someone feel better actually makes stuff worse. And for some reason, it seems like those who are all happy-go-lucky when you're upset, end up worse when they are upset. They go into the "Oh my gosh, I'm so depressed..." thing when a few minutes ago, they were telling you how you should be more "happy". In my opinion, that's just messed up. And this so called "depression" that the "happy-go-luckiers" go into really isn't depression at all. (Yes, I know I've said a lot of utterly pointless words; I'm getting to the point, I promise...) Here is what you all so-called "depressed people" sound like:
"Why doesn't he notice me? He is everything to me, yet he doesn't even know I exist! I'm so depressed; I can't seem to get him out of mind and my heart is breaking like glass...I wish these tears would go away..."
Well, this is complete nonsense. I mean, no offense, well, actually, yes offense, why do you freak out if some guy doesn't like you?! I'm sorry that he doesn't like you, but you're not depressed! Do you not have a home? Do you not have a family that loves you? Are you living in a place with war or tyranny or starvation?! Are there chickens invading your brain?! Probably not...and if chickens have invaded your brain, I'm really sorry. My point is that there are millions of people out there with situations a lot worse than "some guy doesn't like you"! They have a reason to be depressed! So, problems like that are microscopic! (Wow, big word...) Anyway, that's what I had to say and thanks for listening...
(Chickens own, but not if they've invaded your brain.)
