I don't know what it means either. Anyways, met the girl again last night for a late dinner. I might tell you her name.... one of these days :) We had sushi, and she had never used chopsticks before. It was cute watching her struggle and make a mess :D Fun time. Tomorrow is KARAOKE!!!!! in Dupont Circle, the usual karaoke hotspot. All are invited, well, all of you who don't suck at least. Girl is coming to karaoke too. Apparently they also have karaoke where she is from. Oh, I forgot to mention she is from another country. Just recently moved to the US. She is an au pair, I think that's the term? Foreign exchange nanny program or some such. But WHICH country is she from? I think I'll keep that little secret to myself for now ;)
Oh so work has been completely ASS all WEEK. Still down a person in my department, and as the manager, I gotta pick up the freaking slack. Honestly though, I bring most of it on myself. I think I'm trying too hard. Oh well, at least this way when I ask the boss for a hefty raise I can do it with a straight face. But lots of 10 hour days which are no fun when you are constantly running around at work and stressing out everywhere.
