College Kind of Sucks
So, tonight I hung out with Sara Beth, Steve, and Taylor.
But before that, I worked at Saltworks for 7 hours. I'm helping Aaron in the soundbooth because we have 3 laptops up there, a soundboard, and a light board. So it's a lot for one guy to handle, so I'm helping out. It's pretty exhausting...especially when the show lasts forrevverr. Especially now because it's not all ready, so it's stop and starting.
But anyway, yeah, I went out with Sara Beth, Steve, and Taylor and it was a lot of fun. We went to North Park Clubhouse first and got some food. I hadn't eaten all day so I was really hungry. Then, Taylor and Sara Beth played some DDR and Steve and I played on the mini-basketball court. He beat me in "PIG." But yeah, it was fun. Then, we head back to Steve's house for a bit and listened to some new Heart 2 Hart recordings. They were pretty amazing. We saw Josh and Luke at the Hoey's house as well. They were getting ready for Monday Night Football. Then, after that, we went back to my house to watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail. We didn't quite finish however, because Mrs. Deuschle wanted Sara Beth home at 10:30. So, I had to say bye to Taylor and Steve. It was pretty horrible, because this will be the last time I see Steve until Thanksgiving. He's leaving for Wheaton University on Thursday. It was pretty sad. I'm going to miss him so much. When I drove home Sara Beth we were talking about it. It's gonna be so weird without him around. He's one of my closest friends. I tried not to think about it driving home, but I teared up a couple of times. I don't know...I'm just really going to miss him.
But yeah. I'm going into Saltworks again tomorrow. Hopefully, it will be a less tiring day. I'm going in at 11:00 or so instead of 9:30 today. So, it will be better. And I'm gonna bring a lunch. :)
