Meeting/Parking point:

After the parking the road becomes a narrow path. and we can walk along it. better not to take vehicles there.
Meeting time: 0700 hrs. We will wait until the Bee-eaters arrive (any time up to 9am!) , and also look for other birds and living beings.
Fairly level terrain. Narrow mud path to walk on.
Wear: Dull-coloured clothes, hats/caps, comfy walking shoes.
Bring: Binoculars, bird books/apps, cameras, notepads if you like to note observations or sketch
Plenty of water, and snacks if you like to share (we do!)

https://maps.app.goo.gl/L4muN4e92qoJAFqq9 We left at 4.30, it could have been 5am. Coffee stop at Hegde Condiments at 5.15am (Kaggalipura). No biobreak. We got a lot of birds on the path. We gave up hope on the European Bee-eaters,only to get 4 of them high on the pylon wires about 1km from Kanakapura Road and 1km from the lake.
