Butterflies too, on my daily walk!
It's lovely to walk on the streets of my city now, because butterflies are added to the list as the season gets into full swing!
Common Crows,
Red Pierrots,
an occasional Blue Mormon
Common Barons,
Emigrants
....each flutter by is a delight.
What surprises me is how most people around me take them for granted and, indeed, ignore them. I guess once our eyes are "opened" to noticing these beauties instead of just seeing them, our happiness quotient goes up as we walk along.
Between birds, butterflies, plants, trees, flowers....Apart from dogs, cats, cattle, and human beings!....I do not have a single moment of boredom as I walk.
No need to go to the forest to see Nature, She is all around me, in every living being. Mein kahin kavitri na ban jaoon...tere pyaar mein, ae Nisarga! Blr, 300323
