My friend Uma Vaijnath posted a photo of a Grey-bellied Cuckoo, asking if it was, indeed the bird, as the tail appeared to be longer than usual. My response:

Don't measure the tail
With the help of a scale.
Why can't one particular Cuckoo
Have a slightly longer tail, too?
The belly is grey
The beak is just right.
Look at the posture
As the bird sits tight.
There's no doubt about what, or who!
There he is...Mr Gee Bee Cuckoo!
