New friends
I added a new friend to my list today. tyger66, who is a worse for wear girl, I know that feeling well.
Post Secret introduced us, she needed a smile and I sent her one. I believe that reaching out is important. I hope that we can help each other in our lowest moments and share a laugh in our silliest, mostly I hope she can find a way to hold on to life, because there are fluctuations in life. Highs and lows, some of it is within our control and some is in someone else's, picking battles for things that are right and not ones that we can win. (Ah, Firefly and Mal, how I love you.("I may have been on the losing side but I'm not convinced it was the wrong side.")) There's so much good that she hasn't seen yet, I hope that she holds on, I know she's stronger than she thinks she is, I know because I thought I was weak and I wasn't.
