The Weekend
Highlights for Thursday:
+ Discovering our passes allowed us to go backstage.
+ Meeting Kyle from The God Awfuls.
+ Meeting John from Madcap.
+ Seeing Bouncing Souls and having it all being recorded for a DVD.
+ Kyle giving us discount on the merchandise Adrianna bought.
+ Adrianna possibly getting a job at Kyle's new store.
He's opening up a new store in Covina near where Hot Rocks/Chaos used to be. Which will be awesome since his band is signed on Kung Fu, we know a bunch of bands/members will be stopping by. The Vandals will be playing at the store's grand opening. What we hope is that Kyle's buddies from Mest will stop by because Adrianna can die happy.
Thursday Lowlights:
- The two fights the little shortfuck in front of us decided to start with two different people for no reason. What was scary was that he kept staring at Adrianna and Stephanie (Adrianna's friend) and giving Jose (Adrianna's other friend) dirty looks. After he started the second fight with the guy in front of us (started socking the back of the guy's head for no reason) I had to pull Jose away because I knew he wanted to hit the little guy for being an ass.
Friday Highlights:
+ Getting my new cell phone.
+ I had my hair done! It is super HOT. I <3 it.
+ $5 sour apple martinis that were super awesome.
+ The music played at the club. There were tons of 80's played, and not just new wave.
+ Seeing the friends, including seeing Sonia. I hadn't seen her in over 2 years.
+ Getting a phone call at 3 in the morning, again. =D
Friday Lowlights:
- The rain preventing a big turnout.
- Ismael shutting things down a little early because of stupid reasons.
- Things getting shut down right as the dj started playing the new wave. =/ Major sadness!
- My knee giving out as I was dancing, again!
Saturday Highlights:
+ NO HANGOVER.
+ Sleeping in late.
+ Shopping.
+ Bachlorette party!!!
+ Tequila Jacks = more sour apple martinis.
Saturday Lowlights:
- Not going to Addiction.
- The rain, again!
Today was mellow. Did nothing but lounge around the house. OOh, also saw the beautiful Johnny Depp in Finding Neverland again. I <3 him.
