Medium: Mixed Medium primarily papier mache, and cloth mache. This artwork has
been constructed of multiple layers of papier/cloth mache and collage materials
using pva glue and a hand made Victorian era wall paper paste. covered with
various high quality acrylic latex enamel paints.
This image is an original work of art designed and created by Dieter Allen
Bahnsen. Labeled number 1 in a series of large Dragon sculptures. This piece is
numbered next to signature as to it's sequential order in the series of mix medium dragon
sculptures entitled "Dragon".
To Care for this artwork, never display in strong ultra violet light such as
direct sunlight. There have been several coast of non-yellowing polyurethane as
a final sealer. Although the finish is water resistant. It is not considered
water-proof. Care should also be taken to avoid placing this artwork in
excessively humid conditions. With proper care and handling this artwork should last many lifetimes.
