And by that I mean employing a religious studies major, who can hand a kid a questionaire asking various multiple choice questions.
On the basis of the results, the kid would be directed to the belief system that best suited them.
This is better than having people placed into schools who morals directly contravene school (and state) laws and regulations: especially those religions who differentiate on the basis of sex (including the ones who exclude women from being the imstrumentality of the various gods) and religions who differentiate on the basis of sexuality.
