basis on making decision

I think people are idiots when they make decisions based on intangibles.

Not only they run the risk of failing what they intended for, they also waste resources and people's time and effort.

I hate wastage. I hate idiots.

This is the reason why I like my independence.

THINK ECONOMICS.

First chapter of economics touches on 'ceteris paribus'

In the real world, nothing is held constant. It depends, and in varying amounts. It can be relative, circumstantial and subjective.

How many grammes is good? how many thank yous is good enough? How many disappointments is bad? How many times is wastage?

Where is the thin line between strife and greed? Fetish and preference? The extremes are easy but where is that thin line?

If there are no bad guys, then how do you define good guys? If every day is a happy day, then isn't it gonna be a normal day?

The world is continuous but we are taught to see it in boxes, in discrete; in Sociology, in Economics, in Science....

We all make decisions based on our perceptions. Our feeble brains attempt to piece something familiar together to form something with the vibrationary emotions we get from words, feelings, colours, sequences of events..change change change.... it tries to understand by allowing to us to visualise it.

Live and let live...but then again, I do not know the entire context of the situation so this can be completely irrelevant. :)
