Merry Christmas. I got you this in hope that you'd read the last book, Revelations. You may find a lot of similarities with that and the trials the world is facing.

It speaks of the world falling into strife, enemies rallying together to fight the forces of good. But when times seem at their worst, when destruction seems inevitable, it says "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself."

And then the one on the horse, with a harsh justice, shall destroy those who oppress the faithful and bring everlasting peace.

To what? A god? In a distorted and twisted world, a god does not exist.

God is testing the mettle and faithfulness of his followers. That is why we have to do what is right. Some use god as an excuse but that is clearly the path to wickedness.

I won't try to prove the existence of god but you can't believe in one until you believe in yourself. Do you have that? Strength in your own will?

I used to believe in a god, but then I found out that the world was a twisted place. A man whose views were that of distortion made me believe that a god does not exist.

Yes. I will slice through this distortion.

The power and accuracy of your slice isn't based on the strength and skill of your arm but on the strength and dedication of your spirit. The one who stands the firmest will always win.

Though, if you do need help slicing, I'd consider myself pretty good with a sword. If you find yourself in want, there's nothing wrong with asking for help.
