Yes. However, there are times when you must confront the source of warfare, of pain and suffering in the world, in order to create a future that humanity can live in.

When that happens and you do it successfully, then you must be one of the strongest person out there. The key is to face these trials and absorb them until you overcome them and stand up straight afterward.
