Suik, or more so the soul of Naihe inside of him, is telepathic. Suik himself can only pick up things in person, and as noted in his profile, he can only pick up auras and spikes. This means, effectively, that he can sense someone's mood and general sense of being, and he can sense thoughts which flare to the top of someone's mind without any sort of reservation. Please note h can only do this in person.
Naihe, when she's active, can fully read minds from any distance so long as she had a focus. Unfortunately, this puts a severe strain on Suik's mind, so he can't keep this up for all that long at all.
