Hurray for the rain, it's Monday!
Such a busy, fulfilling weekend!
All day on Saturday I gardened. I gardened like a madwoman, clearing my front beds and digging up the back yard, transplanting trees and hostas and bedding down a rhodedendron that is going to be beautiful in about a week (it's ready to bloom!)
Sunday I spent most of the day with momma. Had so much food I thought I'd be sick, ate a ton of chocolate, and watched my niece walk around the couch and babble at me. She's still not making much sense, but she understands that yelling "baba" at someone will get her a bottle, and that my sister is "mamamamamamamamamamamamamamama" over and over again. Apparently, I am still the raspberry noise. Go figure.
Got home much later than I wanted to last night, but still managed to be asleep before 11, only to be woken by Scott playing Kingdom of Hearts 2 at what I assumed was the highest volume setting he can achieve. I'm sorry, but after midnight, do not play your video games that loudly when people who do have to work the next day are trying to sleep. I glared angrily at him. It seemed to do the trick. Sigh.
Tonight I'm writing a debate. The whole thing. My group has pissed me off for the last time with their inability to do this debate well, so I'm writing everyone's part when I get home. Shouldn't take to long, after all, I'm the one with all the research. We don't present until next Thursday, but I still want it over with. I know me. I'll put it off as long as I can, and I can't afford to do that. I have another test plus the final in this class to study for. No time for debate prep, no time at all.
