o reason behind your LJ username: Form the ages of about 16 to 19 I was completely obsessed with Richard O'Brien, writer of the Rocky Horror Show and star of the Rocky Horror show. In his second film he was on a show called 'Dentonvale' hence the user name. It just kind of stuck.
o five things you want to do/accomplish before you die: 1. Get married, 2. Have children, 3. Do a MA in Classical Studies, 4. Learn another language, 5. Learn the guitar
o what makes you happy: Worshipping the Lord, it's a kind of happiness no-one else can produce. Playing and cuddling my cats, they're so cute. Having good friends to laugh with.
o what have you been listening to lately: A bit of everything as usual but more recently, 'Son of a preacher man.' by Dusty Springfield and 'Single' by Natasha Bedingfield, oh and 'An evening in Roma' by Dean Martin.
o interesting fact about you: My parents died when I was a child, I was brought up by my grandmother
o are you in love at the moment: Nope, was a few months ago but I can happily state am between loves at the moment. Roll on the next romance ;)
o favorite destination: Rome
o favorite quote: I have so many but perhaps, oh yes: Oberon: 'Tarry rash wanton, am I not thy Lord?' A Midsummer Night's Dream is the best Shakespeare ever, I also love the part where Titania professes love for Bottom and he says 'Methinks mistress you have very little reason for that.' SO funny!

o a movie (that amazes you - a beautiful movie): Dangerous Beauty: aka; The Honest Courtesan or A destiny of her own, depending on what country you are in; US, UK, AU respectively. Amazing film about the life of the courtesan and poetess Veronica Franco.
o a book (that inspires you, and one you couldn't put down): Tess of the D'Urbervilles, Tess and Angel really piss me off but I LOVE Alec, he is so cool!
o a musical artist, song, or album (one you can put on repeat for days at a time): Cathy Burton: Speed your love. Wonderful Christian artist but not overtly Christian, beautiful lyrics and melodies. Not girly pop, slightly more alternative.
