when Polaroid desides to stop making their iconic instant film, it's about as much a nail in the coffin for film as Wal-Mart exclusively carrying Blu-ray movies is to the HD DVD format.
i feel sad that Polaroid instant film will become more easily found in museums then store shelves. i could care less about the hi-definition DVD fromat wars, but am glad to hear the consumer will soon not have to gamble with their HD movie and hardware purchases and their longevity in the marketplace.
