Since nothing interesting is going on irl, let me talk about ongoing anime here XD
Shingeki no Kyojin is cool, but of course, it would be, with a manga like that. The animation is really good, but the fandom is annoying, my tumblr is full of fanarts of Eren and Rivaille being gay and Mikasa being a cock-blocking yandere bitch, and it makes me wonder what anime are those fanartists watching... I am disappoint, before the anime started, I kind of thought it would not get that kind of fandom, the story being so gory and depressing. But nope, the fandom is just like any other anime fandom, just a bunch of fujoshi being fujoshi :/
Suisei no Gargantia was awesome during the first couple of episodes, but then there was that swimsuit episode and the dancing episode and Ledo getting all emotional... I disapprove, what I initially liked about Ledo was the fact that he viewed things from a rational point of view, he thought like a proper soldier that he is. But now he is more human in his thinking and I don't like that. And also, what was it in episode 9 - Chamber said that the information was classified, so does that mean that Ledo's higher-ups knew all along that Hideauze are descendants of humans and not some kind of space monsters? Anyhow, if Chamber turns out to be the bad guy, I will never forgive the creators of this anime, I hate it when robots are turned into monsters.
Chihayafuru 2 is as good as ever. It kind of reminds me of Natsume Yuujinchou. There are no plot similarities and the characters are not similar at all, but the whole atmosphere and the elements of Japanese traditional culture in those series make them similar. The last couple of episodes were cool. I almost think there is an element of the supernatural, otherwise how are Arata and Shinobu that good at karuta? XD
Hataraku Maou-sama! is more and more turning into a harem series, of which I completely disapprove. But if it has to be like that, I hope that Emi will end up with Ashiya, and I hope Emi will get to do something cool before it's over, otherwise she doesn't really live up to her title of Hero - all she did until now was being a clumsy tsundere.
