Pick 'em
So i have a decision to make in the next week or two and it has to do where I am living...I am torn between both places and my roommates are on different sides right now. So I will describe each living area and you tell me which one you would pick if you were me. It is very possible this is the place that you will crash at and party for next year, so choose wisely.
Place one....Benefits: Larger living room and kitchen area and large enclosed outdoor deck/forum= large parties and plenty of room for people, room to play bean bags, grill, etc. , next to park, tennis courts, bball courts, swimming pool, closer to friends apartments, more community living, summer parties
Negatives: farther walk from campus (15min), more expensive, have to pay for workout facility,
Place two.....Benefits: 52' big screen tv, small balcony, free workout facility, free game room, close walk to campus (5min), cheaper (save about $1000), closer to frats
Negative: Not finished being built till school starts= no summer parties, can only see floor plan, smaller living room and no deck=smaller parties, on busier street (nosier), maybe cant grill out, might not be able to get floor plan with balcony but instead sunroom
