I'm having one of those days...
I'm not miserable or unhappy here, I just want to make that clear - I'm just feeling a bit...wistful, I guess. And a bit lonely.
It just feels as though all the people I'm closest to live too far away for me to see them, and the people I know here in Northampton, I'm not close enough to, if that makes sense? Or they all seem to have partners and families and children, other priorities, you know?
I miss having friends round the corner or next door: people I can just swing by and see with no word or warning; people I can just hang out with all day and yet not do anything; people who are always up for a movie, or a coffee and a muffin, or a veg-out day on the sofa watching crappy movies.
I just miss company, I guess. Feeling a little lonely today.
