Well, I've given up on trying to resist shipping Eleven/Amy...

And it wasn't even the kissing, although it was kinda cute that there was a very tiny moment there where the Doctor responded. It was that scene in the forest, before he left her behind. I don't think I've ever seen the Doctor be quite so gentle and tender before. It was really quite moving.

And he has a thing about nuzzling his forehead against her and kissing her on the forehead. I don't know, with Nine and Ten it was hand!porn, this time it's forehead!porn. There's always good to be something with these Time Lords...

But as for the kissing, didn't it seem a little weird? I mean, I know our Amy's a 21st century girl and these kind of things tend to happen when you've just cheated death, but even so, I didn't expect Amy to be quite so forward. I almost thought something was wrong with her, but there didn't seem to be any sign of it in the promos for next week. Apart from the obvious fact that there clearly is something about Amy, as the Doctor did, but I don't think that's causing the rampant horniness.

And River. Who did River kill? Why am I getting this weird feeling like it's the Doctor? I can't explain that, but, I don't know, it's just a vibe. But how could she kill him? And why?

Anyway, I have finally accepted the inevitable. David Tennant, I apologise, and trust me, I feel like I'm betraying Ten, but I love Eleven. I do. Can't help it. I didn't want to, I fought it kicking and screaming, but here we are anyway. ♥
