I was in Domestic Goddess mode; I was cleaning and cooking and washing and vacuuming; I even put furniture together all by myself. Something was bound to go wrong.
The cream bits on my lovely new duvet cover? Not so cream anymore. More of a grayish-silver colour. Oops. I even checked the washing instructions on the label - it was on the right program, the right temperature...and yet. Bollocks.
I wouldn't mind so much, apart from the fact that the curtains and cushions match the duvet set and they're all still cream. Maybe I should bollocks those up too, so everything matches?
