Good but no Casino Royale...

Just got back from seeing the new Bond movie, Quantum of Solace. It's a bit of a disappointment, but I think that was always going to be the case, since Casino Royale was such a triumph. QoS is definitely more fast-paced, one incredible action scene after another, but it's all a little incoherent. A few scenes I loved - the Tosca one is probably the most memorable - but as a whole it definitely suffers in comparison to Casino Royale.

And now I am ensconsed in front of the TV, desperately hoping that Lewis Hamilton does't blow it like last year. Come on, Lewis!
