It's all highs and lows. The team can be booed off the pitch at half-time after a pretty bad performance against a team 106 places below them in the rankings, and then turn around and win the game 5-1.

It's nice to see Wazza bag a couple of goals. He's been scoring for United fairly regularly too - he's back in form and it's nice to see.
And I always love to see Becks in an England shirt. I know he's past it now and I don't really know what he's still doing in the team, but I love him anyway. I can't help it. It's Becks. The BBC commentary made me laugh when they pointed out that at the point he came on England were winning 3-1 and yet the loudest cheer of the night came when Becks was subbed on. We love him, we do.
