Ahem. Sorry. This makes me very happy, you see. But I promised you all a big update. So yes, I'm in my new flat and it's lovely. I love it. My room is much bigger than my room at home - I spent most of yesterday putting furniture together with my brother. I bought two bookcases, a full-size desk, a linen bin - most of that stuff would never have fitted into my room at home!
And Friday evening dreximgirl came over, and we talked and had pizza and then went to see the new X-Files movie. I loved the movie - okay, it wasn't a worldbeater, but it was still Mulder and Scully, so I don't care - and it was fantastic to meet dreximgirl, who is an absolute sweetheart. Oh, and dreximgirl? My bloody Cineworld card came in the post the very next morning! Grrr.
