I love this guy...
I don't know how many of you out there read Wil Wheaton's blog, but I do and I've grown to love the guy so much through it. I never really thought much about him one way or the other before I came across it, even though he was Wesley Crusher and I used to be a huge Trekkie. And I never quite got why everyone hated Wesley Crusher so much, but that's another issue entirely.
Anyway, it's so fascinating and heartwarming to read his blog and hear his stories about his writing, his wife and stepkids, his dog, poker, the auditions he goes to - he comes across as a really, really nice guy, to the point where I've almost forgotten he was ever Wil Wheaton, the celebrity, and now he's just Wil, you know? Anyway, he's just landed a part in Numb3rs and I'm so pleased for him, not just because I love Numb3rs but because he seems like a great guy and he deserves it. So way to go, Wil!
