Okay, I'm hooked...
Just watched the "Three Stories" episode of House.
*sighs happily*
I love House. I love Hugh Laurie. I love this show. When is the next season out?
I haven't been this nuts about a show since The West Wing in its heyday. 24 sort of filled the hole but it's more the frenetic pace of that show that keeps you hooked rather than character arcs or dialogue. The dialogue in House sort of reminds me of The West Wing, actually, in the days before Sorkin left, all snappy and fast-paced and intelligent. I love watching a show and not having a clue what half the characters are talking about!
And wow, look at that! Eleven days since I said I wasn't going to get hooked and just look at me. Eleven days...that's got to be a personal best!
