When I'm at work I am tremendously predictable. Even though I really should, I very rarely prepare anything the night before, so I always go to the Subway in the university atrium and get a turkey breast salad bowl with light mayo dressing and a Diet Coke. Sometimes I shake it up and have a chicken salad bowl. I like to live on the edge. I usually always bring a small pot of sugar free jelly with me from home, for 'dessert'. Sometimes if the brownie stall has been in the atrium, I'll buy a cookie or a brownie - but I'm trying to watch my weight, so I'll only do that if I've had time to run in the morning before work, or I plan to run after work when I get home.
Weekends, much less predictable. My habitual eating pattern is less to have three meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner - than to just graze throughout the day. I can't really do that at work, but I definitely do at the weekend, so there is rarely a meal definable as 'lunch' unless I'm eating out. I'm a snacker, rather than a heavy meal person, so I just nibble and graze and snack all day.
