I grew up reading the Discworld novels. I remember studying Mort in English class. I have bookends of Death and Rincewind on my shelves beside me even as I type this. He gave the world so many wonderful stories, such amazing memorable characters - Death, Rincewind, Vetinari, Sam Vimes, Granny Weatherwax...

And of course, my personal favourite, the Librarian. Ook?
