I went to the gym this morning before work, despite the fact that I also went yesterday after work. I was awake early, I was lying in bed being not-so-gently kneaded by hungry kitties, so I figured if I was going to get up I might as well do something with that time. So I was outside the gym waiting for it to open at 6.30am.
Only now I'm practically asleep at my desk and it's only just 10am. And the day is strettttttching out before me, and all I want is to put my head down and have a quick nap.
Somebody poke me every half hour or so, make sure I'm still conscious?
