BBC News: Mark Webber to leave Formula 1 at the end of 2013 season
It's hardly a shock - it's been rumoured for a while that Mark's been thinking of leaving F1. You can hardly blame him; Red Bull have jerked him around so much, blatantly favouring Vettel and generally treating Mark like the poor relative of the team, and yet what other team can he go to that isn't a step down from the Red Bull car?
It's a shame though. I've always liked Mark Webber, always favoured him over Vettel, and it's a shame for F1 that such a good driver is leaving.
I'm sure Vettel will love the fact that Mark will be replaced with a driver who'll be under no illusions about his second-rate status in the team and will be under orders to do all he can to help Vettel win. Ugh.
