Jesus Jones, you just made me get teary. I love you OTPers, I really do. I don't know that the division between OTP/OTC is that large, but I do know I'm constantly freaked out by how strongly the OTPers champion a pairing. Again and again, I see 'it's not X character, it's X/Y that owns my heart.' You people are a force to be reckoned with. It's hard not to be swept away by your love.

BTW, did you see Pezgirl's vid on Daybook? We were chattering about it last night, because the trailer is put together so well, and so encompassing, that we immediately fell in love with everybody all over again. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get away from this show. I'm not sure I want to. ♥

I did see that trailer! It was wonderful. I was sitting there with a big giddy grin on my face the whole way through.

Just when I think I can't love this show anymore, things like that pop and I just sit there going 'my show! oh, my show!'

And don't forget Chris riding back to save his father-in-law, even though they don't like each other, and THEN making the man a home cooked meal! AND he just so happens t pick the meal that his wife always made as a special meal, one he had to have known she learned from her mother, and that his father-in-law would remember that, too.

So yeah, not so much of a bad element when all is said and done.

Oh - totally what she said. He is so awesome. And the synergy between the two of them? They really are a 1 + 1 = 7 equation . . .

You are so right about Chris. He may seem all big and bad but he'll stand up for what's right in the end even if it means he has to reveal his soft underbelly. He's someone you can depend on when things get tough. He and Vin together make formidable allies.

Ya know? We need to find a vidder who will take all the eps and edit out the stupid B-plots outta the eps so we can enjoy aaaalll the Vin/Chris love without Ritchie anybody else interferring.

But see, that's what's so awesome about Chis. You do him wrong, you do wrong to others, you're gonna see his Big Bad come out. He's only soft and squishie to those who don't piss him off - or call him cowboy :-) - except for Vin, of course. :-))
