In the last week I have:
Started a new job
Had hunting dogs break into my house
Had to clean up said Hunting Dogs' piss and shit
Had those same hunting dogs kill my roommate's cat
Had to clean that up
Worked in a store whose air conditioner doesn't work
Had the registers at my job stop working due to the heat so I've had to be old school and write everything down on papers and do the math by hand
Had my father call and say, "I'm coming up tomorrow"
Seen my father
Had tons of houseguests
Seen some great friends from Detroit
and lastly, but not least importantly:
PURCHASED MY PLANE TICKETS TO COME VISIT HOME!!!
Yes, Arkansas. I will be there August 23-29. There will be belated birthday festivities that I'm still hashing out. I'll get to see my family. I'll get to hang out with some people that I miss greatly. Josie will get a belly rubbing.
