Right, I'm totally not letting this rest. I'm writing to their "enquiries" email toc omplain. I think LOTS of people should do this - at least it will mean their more lowly email-answering staff find out that their company director is an idiot. Is there a nice central page flagging examples of his transgressions? I want to point them to examples of his awfulness.
