Marts Oil can stick it
The company that i order my heating oil from automatically charged me $119 from my credit card to enroll me in their price cap program. Its set to take effect June 1st and goes until May 31st 2007. My credit card was charged this amount on the 13th. Today, i called to cancel it and request a refund. They refused to give me a full refund. Saying that they sent me a letter in the mail a while ago stating i had 14 days to call and cancel before they enroll me. I told them that i am calling them now to cancel BEFORE it goes into effect on June 1st. They said that they can't cancel it because they already ordered the oil for next year.
