Rollback by Robert J. Sawyer

My review

rating: 4 of 5 stars
One of Sawyer's favourite themes seems to be exploring ways in which science and the existence of God might be compatible. This novel explores one of those, one which would imply that any of us could become a God and eventually many humans would naturally be so. That's not a major theme of the novel, which is largely an exploration of morality in the face of new technology, and succeeded in making my eyes a little bit wet at a couple of points, and rousing my ire at another. Very, very good, a candidate for 5 stars.
