Here is a story.
While I am not the most motivated or diligent of students, I have always been able to get by on some ethereal combination of luck, good looks, intuition, and a fairly impeccable memory.
Not so today. I received back the first F on anything I've ever turned in, ever. Honestly, this is damaging enough to my pride that I would rather have totally missed class than turned in an assignment and received this grade.
So, awesome. What a great quarter.
