Music to catch "gay" by...
For those of you who are worried about how your kids catch the "gay," thank the Lord Jesus that Love God's Way Ministries and it's leader, Donnie Davies, is on the case! Brother Davies, who is part of the Christian musical group "Evening Service" (what a hip, cool name for a band, don't you think?!?!?), has done the difficult work of sorting through all the different kinds of homo-inspirational music out there and has come up with a list of the those bands that can make you gay (see list here ---> http://lovegodsway.org/GayBands). (By the way, I can see having Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Erasure, The Pet Shop Boys and Boy George on the list, but Frank Sinatra?!?! Does Satan know NO BOUNDS OF DECENCY?!?!!?) Of course, we want to avoid these bands as they are of the Devil and are sent here only to provide the soundtrack on the homosexual sinner's path to eternal damnation. Lest you read the list and think, "My, my, my! What is a good Christian head-banger to do? So many bands are obviously pure evil! But, alas, Brother Davies gives us a (somewhat small) list of bands that are "safe"! (Safe list here ---> http://lovegodsway.org/SafeBands). Not much to choose from, but, being the big raging homo that I am, I gotta say that he might want to re-think putting Cyndi Lauper's name on the Safe list. Has Brother Davies never heard of "True Colors"??? She actually sings about the homo-trademarked "rainbow" (to wit, "I see your true colors shining through, I see your true colors and that's why I love you, so don't be afraid to let them show, your true colors, your true colors are beautiful like a rainbow"), but, of course, Brother Davies is probably thinking of the rainbow of the Bible (no relationship to our gay rainbow, I'm sure). Of course, I have to wonder if Brother Davies knows about Cyndi's support of the GLBTQQ community. She's an honorary board member of the Matthew Shepard Foundation (Judy Shepard, Matthew's mom once said of Cyndi, "I have long respected and admired Cyndi Lauper for her unwavering support for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality") and Cyndi's sister, Elen, is a an out and proud lesbian. If he's really serious about protecting God's children from the horrors of "the homosexual lifestyle," looks like our Brother Davies may need to trim that Safe List down a little bit more!
