the pain in brain is mostly shoulder shoulder
Something I'm doing or did has resulted in extreme pain from the left side of my neck down along the shoulder blade and down from there to the left side of my spine.
Sometimes I think I'm dying, and I think if I sat down long enough and thought about how bad it hurts, I'd just cry. The constant pain is making me grumpy. I'm also out of it, like I'm not thinking clearly. A guy drove past us while we were walking to Kroger and asked for money because he needed to drive a long way and only had a dollar or two. The only money on me was a $20 bill so I gave it to him. Chad was upset, and it only occurred to me later why.
