(no subject)
I've been feeling ill a lot since college started. And I've been out (of class) a lot, too. I think my professors hate me, hah. Soon would be the time that I'd be getting up to get ready for school, but I might stay home again today. I don't much care any more. While I do enjoy school, there're some things that just keep getting in the way, that, at this point in my life, have more importance. I'd wanted to take a year off (to, you know, do things for myself?), but no, of course not. Mom says "if you don't go right away, you'll end up not going!" I'm not like every other high school graduate, thanks. I actually have a brain.
I just read something that reminded me of something funny. There was one point that I think my dad thought I was possessed because I didn't like him reading to me from the bible. haha. He probably still thinks that to some extent. Psh. Excuse me if I don't believe in sin, satan, or heaven and hell. A LOT of people don't, so what then?! Older religions don't make valid religions, and newer religions don't make invalid religions. All religions are valid (to the people who wish them to be), and that's why all religions WORK. If these other religions weren't correct ones, then why do they work? The devil makes it so, you say? Saying that your devil is applicable to all people is like saying the threefold-law is applicable to all people. Wrong? Then hush. :)
