Today has been uneventful. I went to the laundromat, and apparantly the guy there remembers me from wal-mart. I don't remember him. He did however give me his employee card and I got my laundry done for free! Hurray! Then I went to the post office to mail off some more e-Bay packages. After that Sam and I headed to Goodwill and this is the part that sucked:
I don't carry cash. Ever. It scares me. If I have more than $20 I automatically throw it in the bank. Anyhow, we were shopping and it was half price day and I got some awesome deals. I get up to the register. They don't take debit, credit or checks right now, because their system is down. Whatever. I ask if I can leave my stuff there for 5 minutes to go to an ATM. The lady at the register told me no! That I could put it down, but she wouldn't hold it and that they would most likely put it back immediately. So I said forget it and left. Grrr... 2 hours of time wasted! I didn't want to get Sam in the car, go to the bank/atm, get her back out of the car, ring up the stuff, get her and the stuff IN the car... and repeat the whole process once we got home. Made me hella mad though because I found some awesome deals there too!
Also, I've killed an insane amount of flying cockroaches today. Grr. They scare me! I was running though the house with my flipflops smashing at them, hoping they wouldn't fly up and hit me in the face! One of them came running straight for me and I jumped 6 feet in the air and screamed like a japanese school girl! Hold on, just killed another one. Gah, this is pissing me off! It's not like I have food, or nasty garbage laying around my house. I don't understand where the fuckers keep coming from!!!
That's it for now. I've been ignoring the SIMS in the hope that I will get rid of my urge to play them 24/7. Also, I shouldn't have SIM babies, because CPS takes them away from me. :(
