He knew this would happen, Kayura. And as much as I've tried to convince him, he believes he's doing the right thing.

I want you to keep a stable head about this. Please trust me. He has his defense.. we wont let him die.

What a stupid and flimsy excuse to punish someone. Reeve-san deserves better.

[ooc; ..and I thought it wasn't possible for Gin to get mad. D: ]

It is not a stupid and flimsy excuse when one considers the many lives that will be and are at risk thanks to the information found.

He will be able to have his say.

Oh please. Don't be such a fucking coward.

You know him. You came from his world. You know why he did it, and you might even know what he found.

All knowledge is worth having. The only way this information could have put someone in danger is if someone's doing something they shouldn't.

..He really, really cares about you. I could see it when I spoke to him. You're lucky.

If I had known what he was doing, or what he found, I may have been able to stop him from it before it'd get to this point. This was not my decision and I'd like it if you'd stop sounding like it was.

...

Lucky? Ichimaru Gin, you called me something when you first spoke to me. You were right.

But even so, I will not let Reeve be harmed. There will be justice for him.

Isn't that penalty harsh for the crime that was committed?

How will the trial be held? I assume something of this magnitude should afford a public and open audience to the citizenship of Vertere.

((OOC: Integral = angry/worried but trying to keep the head in important matter)).

I should also suggest he be allowed to choose his own advocates to defend him. In accordance, I should think that all evidence pertaining to this alleged theft would be turned over to whomever it is that will defend him in light of your want to give a fair trial.

Will there be a jury of his peers and who will be set to judge?

He has full choice over who he wishes to have in his defense, and he will not be without the support he needs. However, there has been evidence discovered that has removed his right to challenge the verdict once it is given.
