[It takes a few seconds. After a while, there's a shuffling sound behind the door, and it opens to reveal a frail-looking elf: pale, dark circles under his eyes, clearly in horrible pain.]
Well, Mr Dawnshore, what seems to be the problem? You seem quite ill.
[Glaukir enjoys this part, and he already has his notebook out as he seats himself by the bedside. He smiles at Haellyn, pats the other man's shoulder.]
Don't you worry, I'll have you right as rain in no time at all. Can you describe your illness?
[His green eyes glide up to meet his, his pupils just barely visible behind the glow. With Glaukir this close, he can sense the somewhat foreign magic energies weakly emanating off him. It isn't much, but Haellyn wants it anyway. In his mind, his demons cackle at him, enjoying his anguish.]
[Glaukir's voice is low and soothing and he gives Haellyn a comforting smile.]
You're not the first person I've been treating on board for addiction issues, and I want you to know that there's no judgement on my part, alright? I think it's great you're able to deal with it so directly.
[Glaukir brings out his notebook and pen and he starts sketching out Haellyn's leylines, chakras, the details of the elf's etheric body for treatment. Even from a brief glance, Glaukir could see that Haellyn's magical lines were corrupted to a tremendous degree, and in all honesty the priest was surprised that Gaellyn was still walking.]
You're a summoner, I'd guess. You have the chakras of one.
[Glaukir flashed Haellyn a bit of a grin over his notebook.]
[Coughs and just watches him. His smile is soothing, but Haellyn's far too haggard and miserable to be soothed.
[Oh, he's a cutie. ♥ Hurt him, Haellyn... do it for me? ♥]
His face twists into annoyance at the sound of Agripina's voice and he puts a hand to his forehead. They've been yammering away in his head since he got here and it's only getting worse as his addiction takes its toll on him.
The lure of Glaukir's magic was maddening.]
...I suppose... [Slight cough.] ....you could call me that, yes.
[Glaukir could tell that his voice wasn't welcome, so he silenced himself and let his work continue as it needed to. The sketching and calculations were taking much longer than they should have due to the corruption in the other man's body, and every so often Glaukir makes a "hmm" or a "nn I see" as he maps this and that out.]

[Glaukir smiles and extends one hand to Haellyn. His hand shakes.]

...Haellyn Dawnshore. I haven't been around here for long, you see. [Coughs and wanders over to his bed, where he practically collapses onto it.
[Huh? This guy. He doesn't quite have mana... it's like mana, but...]
[Who cares? It'll do. Just do it, Haellyn. Do it.]
Haellyn sighs.]
Thank you for coming.
