So, I'm not quite sure how I've already managed to fall behind. I guess I'm talented that way. I'm really going to have to get used to checking online every hour of every day in case some new, random homework assignment is posted. History class has, pardon my French, a shitload of reading. It might not be so hard to get to if I didn't have to make myself have a seizure the entire time just so I can stay awake long enough for any of it to sink in. And note, it hasn't. I've read the same paragraph at least a dozen times. I'm sure the medieval ages are interesting, but the guys who write this crap probably have to have been alive since then to pull this kind of narcoleptic dribble out of their butts. I can picture them drooling and stabbing at random keys in a monkeyesque manner of fascination at the clicking sounds the keyboard makes.
Speaking of keyboards, I think my apostrophe key is malfunctioning. I have to hit it three times to make it work. Maybe it just has to do with the comparative weakness of my pinkey...is that how you spell it? Or is it pinkie?
We saw 'The Proposition' night before last after having seen 'V for Vendetta' the night before. 'The Proposition' was pretty awesome. It was bloody, but it was all so starkly violent that you couldn't help but believe that these scenes were really the type of things that happened in old Australia when it was full of criminals. I've always liked Guy Pierce (I forgave him long go for 'The Time Machine') and even if he didn't talk much in this movie, he was terrific. The Nick Cave songs were also amazing. I had only heard one of his songs before this movie ('Are You the One I've Been Waiting For'), but he is an amazing lyricist.
Well, I'm off to Intro to Buddhism. I think I probably had reading in that class that I didn't do, but Ill update some more later.
