We think my parakeet may be sick. Her droppings look my weird, and her rear end seems to be on the swollen side. So she has an appointment with the birdy doctor on Thursday. I think she may be laying an egg (they can do that without daddies, you know), but then she's never done that before.
Knowing our luck, it won't be anything big. The last time we thought she was sick, my mom was all freaked out because we thought she had a growth on her foot. It turned out Squeaky was just regurgitating on her foot because she was trying to feed it...she was in heat. Or whatever it's called when a bird is horny. You'd have thought the fact that she was humping her plastic birdy friend would have made it obvious or something.
